Quickly hit yes and -voila!- it should hopefully connect! switch the Dolphin bar to mode 4 and there should be a pop-up on your Android saying "Allow Dolphin Emulator to access Mayflash Wiimote PC Adapter?". open Dolphin and the game that you want to play (I've tested only with Skyward Sword) and wait for it to load up and get to the "communications with the Wiimote interrupted" screen
with Dolphin closed and on the Android Home menu connect to mode 3 with your Wiimote (press sync on the Dolphin bar and then hold buttons 1 and 2 on the Wiimote) ensure the "Wii Remote Continuous Scanning" box is ticked in Dolphin's settings, and also set the Wii input to Real Wii Remote.
